Our goal at Heat Transfer Store is to always make sure your orders are shipped with care and in a timely manner.
- Heat Transfer Store is currently only shipping within United States and Australia
- Heat Transfer Store customer packages are sent by UPS and USPS. Customer orders being shipped will have a tracking number that will be sent to the customer’s email.
- Regular orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order is received.
- Orders placed under a sale promotion or with a discount code will ship within 15 business days of when you placed the order.
- All customer orders are important to us and if you need your order immediately due to business needs, please contact us through the live chat and we will do our best to assist you with the request.

Return Policy
We are happy to accept your Heat Transfer Store product return within 7 days of you receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted after this timeframe. If you have an issue with your order (defects, shortages) please contact the Heat Transfer Store customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.
