Reflective HTV bounces light straight back at its source, so designs light up under headlights, flashlights, and camera flash. Built for running gear, cycling jerseys, workwear, and children's clothing where visibility matters.
How to apply
Mirror your design and cut with the shiny carrier side down. Weed away the excess, then press at around 305°F (150°C) for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure. Cold peel — let the carrier cool fully before removing it.
Good to know
- Roll size: 12" x 1 yard
- Reflects under direct light; it does not glow on its own in darkness
- Cold peel only — peeling warm can lift the reflective layer
- Use a cover sheet to protect the surface from direct plate contact
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash, then turn inside out and wash cold

How to apply HTV
1. Mirror your design and cut it from the vinyl (carrier/shiny side down).
2. Weed away the excess vinyl.
3. Press at about 305°F (150°C) for 10–15 seconds with firm, even pressure — a heat press or a household iron both work.
4. Peel the carrier sheet (warm or cold, depending on the vinyl).
